Mattress One opened in 1996 as mainly a "sleep shop", mattress-only store. Joe and Wendy Roy purchased Mattress One in 2004 and expanded the line of merchandise to include bedroom furniture, futons and youth furniture. "We saw a major need in Licking County that wasn't being met. There were lots of mattress stores in the county, but no bedroom stores. We want to be your complete Bedroom Solution store", says Wendy. "Joe and I would like to thank our past and current customers, and we look forward to serving all of Licking County's bedroom needs in the future."
